As a new home, the interior is bright, polished, and open, offering central air in the summer and a gas fireplace to curl up next to in winter. Enjoy a breezy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as ample room for meals and board games at both the dining table and the island breakfast bar. In the evenings, stream movies on the smart TVs in the living room and the bonus loft, the latter of which also features a desk for your remote work needs.

Very nice quiet location.

This was a very nice and quiet place to stay. Very clean and well kept. Very close to walking trails along the river. Within walking distance of DISH at Dover Bay restaurant on Lake Ponderay which was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Value with Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the "Bear's Den." We were pleasantly surprised at the location being so close to the lake. We all enjoyed walking or jogging each morning on the extensive surrounding trails. The area was perfect to be able to visit family in Priest River and Kootenai.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The house was perfect for my wedding day get ready house and for the rest of Labor Day weekend. I couldn't have picked a better house, and I highly recommend this location.
