「I will probably NEVER use VRBO again ... when I tried to check in to get instructions for address and check in. I tried 18 yes EIGHTEEN of the codes you sent to my email to VERIFY me .. and 18 yes EIGHTEEN times it said INVALID CODE!!!!!!! Only my God helped me... I contacted a friend who lives near by to help me find who owned and how to get in. OTHERWISE i would have sent my payment and had NO idea where to go or how to get in. Your "service" was AWFUL!! 「To start this is not the home we ended up staying. Mike called me the day before and explained there were some maintenance issues with this home and offered another home instead. The home we stayed in was wonderful and comparable if not bigger and nicer than the home we originally booked. Mike was easy to get of hold of. Fortunately we rented with someone with alot of houses, otherwise it might not of turned out so seamlessly. Would definitely stay in another one of Mike's homes.」

「Found this property while searching for a smaller town on the centerline of the annular eclipse and booked in February. From the beginning, Robin reached out and already gave us a great feeling about our stay. Days before our arrival, Robin reached out again to find out when we were coming and to provide directions. 「We were ready for a short getaway and found the perfect one. When we walked into the cabin we just stopped and looked around, the most AWESOME place. It felt like our home away from home. The location was perfect and was so peaceful and quiet. The lake was right there. The stars at night were so vivid. We felt as the hosts were more neighbors, actually wound up feeling as though they were family. They made our stay amazing. We plan on going back to "Our Little Piece of Heaven" and stay longer.」

「Owner never showed up to let me check in called several times no answer took VRBO an hour to get ahold of owner. Owner canceled my stay several hours after check in.
