Hi Ahmad we do offer very limited pet stay accommodation with strict guidelines. If there was a concern we would have assisted if you had let us know while staying.We generally do not attend to housekeeping in the first 24 hours of a 2 night stay however if you have any requests we are only a call of message away and you can always leave your room service tag on your door otherwise we find guests appreciate their privacy.Please always contact your accommodation provider when staying with any concerns to ensure that you have the best possible stay.

Dear Hilton we have been in contact by phone, text message and via our platforms. As we received a stream of messages to our mobile contact number from you after hours we made the reasonable request to continue correspondence via the expedia platform. We answer many calls each day and of course could not operate a business without taking calls. Rather than continuing communication through the booking message centre to work together to understand your concerns you have attempted to damage our business by leaving unpleasant and personal reviews. As stated previously you contacted us demanding a refund 4 days after leaving and sent images of a room that had clearly been used. We have investigated to the best of ability but are perplexed as to why you did not call us on the evening of your stay with concerns rather than setting up with a blow up mattress. We always do our best to resolve any concerns WHILE guests are staying to ensure the best experience. We do encourage you to contact your accommodation provider while staying to ensure your best experience when travelling next time.

Hi Judy thanks for your feedback. Remote check in after hours is very usual especially in smaller regional accommodation venues. Unfortunately some overseas visitors do not set up for AU mobile coverage when they arrive. We do try to manage this and there is always a way to make contact through email etc. Thank you for assisting with our travelling guest. It was much appreciated.

Hi Bevan we have always been a motel, similar to the style you may find in the inner city. As with most regional motels in the off peak there may not be full time staff in smaller motels. The air con works via the on/off button and usual temp controls but we are only a phone call away if any concerns. Hi Greg we are a small regional motel which is enjoyed by many visiting family and friends or visitors taking in our magnificent bay and basin surrounds. Our accommodation is not cookie cutter, each room is different and our housekeeping take great pride in the level of cleanliness. LIke most regional accommodation we manage refurbishment on a priority basis with the aim of being sustainable and to maintain reasonable costs for our guests. Our housekeeping team did speak with you and ask if you needed anything and you responded that you did not. This week we have been very busy with the Husky Triathlon and have of course been onsite every day. Please remember to hang your room service tag when staying to request service or as mentioned at check in call us for any questions. We are always a phone call away. The photos you mention are the latest and depict the true image of each space shown. I am not sure what you have noticed that is different however we will investigate. Hi LisaWe take great pride in our level of cleanliness and guest comfort. We are a regional motel which is unique. Every room is different and not cookie cutter 5 stars. Upon your arrival you where upset that you had thought you had booked an alternative venue and this seemed to impact every aspect of your stay. To ensure you could have the best stay possible we upgraded your room so that you could enjoy a new bathroom and our housekeeping team applied many special touches to ensure you had a spotless room and experience in every way. Our team was friendly and helpful and extended assistance both out of hours and while on site. We are quite disappointed that this wasn't appreciated. As you own your own business I am sure you understand the impact of harsh reviews and commentary. We wish you well with enjoyable travels in 2023!
