Daytime and late night staff were friendly and helpful. Afternoon staff person not so much.
Website says shuttle available around immediate area and to airport, but when we inquired were told by afternoon person we could not use van to get to bottom of hill (with our luggage) for our car pickup and also before stay when I asked about shuttle service to airport, we were directed to make our own arrangements- they did not provide.
I would recommend clarity on use of shuttle.
Aslo- music entertainment in the square echos off buildings and the noise until 1:30 am was unfortunate.

Beautiful breakfast, so disappointed as on photos it looks like the upstairs terrace has a bar, someone comes up to take your order if your lucky , Don’t go before 6 , we sat on Saturday and no one came at all for 6 of us ,
