This was a very last minute booking due to train cancellation. It is only 10 min walk from Alessandria station which is convenient. The staff upon check in were a bit rude however considering the trek we had been through with the trains. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well as long as you were close by. I requested a double bed but instead were given two single beds pushed together. Not in a very nice street however there was an amazing all you can eat Japanese place a 4 min walk from there.

Good value hotel 1 minute drive from motorway /autostrada short drive to shops in Allesandria. Receptionist very helpful and printed off our Ryanair boarding passes.Even though he was very busy 96 rooms booked on the night. I believe its popular with wedding groups twice a week with nice location for wedding cermonys nearby.

Clean Room, a bit noisy, but not too much. The restaurant and bar are lovely, and Ivan, the bartender, remembered me from two years ago! The hotel could use a refreshing, but I love the vintage vibe! Will definitely stay here again!

The staff were extremely Lu attentive, kind and helpful. The room had all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel is excellent. At first I thought the traffic noise would be a problem, but it was not. I would stay there again.
