"We stayed in June 2016 for 9 nights in this house. We really enjoyed staying there. It had everything we needed and looked well tended and quite new. The house consists of two entities. We stayed in the right one suitable for 4 persons. It has two bedrooms, each with own bathroom including toilet and shower. There is one additional bathroom with washing machine. The main entrace leads directly into the kitchen/livingroom. There is a roofed veranda in the front and back with chairs and a table....

But there are a couple of things that the ad doesn't mention. The contracted electrical power has a maximum of 3000 kw, so you must be careful if you need to switch on several appliances at same time, in fact, you can't for example owen and air conditioning or hair dryer. At least, the owner advice you before...

"La maison occupe le RDC de celle des propriétaires. Les photos publiées sur le site ne précisent pas complètement que la piscine est plutôt la leur. Nous n'y sommes allés que 2 fois en 15 jours. La semaine du 15 Août pendant notre séjour, les propriétaires étaient là avec leur famille. Ils sont cependant extrêmement gentils. Nous avons pu déguster les figues et les tomates du potager. Il me semble que l'annonce devrait être plus précise. La Sardaigne est magnifique et les Sardes toujours gentils...
