Disappointing check in process. Desk clerk took too much time with each customer resulting in very slow line movement. Also, the property levies and "incidentals" charge unless you protest and refuse.

Westgate Painted Mountain Golf Resort
Not enough chairs around pool area. Floor in hotel room dirty. Front staff excellent, very helpful. Enjoyed fresh coffee each morning in the lobby. Tv to small, no light on the remote.
