🔑 Things to Know Before Booking
✔ Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking
✔ $500 refundable security deposit required before arrival

⚠️ While Star of the Sea is oceanfront, there is no direct beach access. Public shoreline access is nearby but may involve uneven terrain—please use caution. Beach access is via a naturally occurring path and is not maintained by the HOA or county parks. If guests require an ADA-accessible entrance or formal stairs with a handrail, we recommend using the access points at San Simeon Cove, Moonstone Beach, or Pico Creek, which is just a short drive from the home. Please note: all beach access is at one’s own risk, regardless of the route taken.

⚠️ Entry requires stairs: 4 steps down to the unit, plus one interior step into the living area. Not ideal for guests with mobility concerns.

🚗 Garage parking is not available; shared entryway used by only four units in the complex

No extra guests beyond the reservation total without pre-approval by the host. Quiet Hours 10pm-7am, no outside activity during these hours.
