Very convenient to the Naples train station. We only needed one night before heading out on our flight back to USA from Naples Airport. The hotel was clean and room was comfortable. A great hotel if you are needing to use the trains or busses frequently. Alibus to the airport is around the corner so that was a convenient option instead of taking a cab.

The hotel was excellent, standing views, clean, updated, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, wonderful staff, great restaurant and bar, shuttle to go to the city, absolutely amazing!

The hotel stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection, which was a great start to each day. The mattress was firm and comfortable, while the pillows were soft, making for a good night’s sleep. The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay especially Nataly and Francesca and the other two lovely ladies at the breakfast room( sorry I didn’t catch their names). The location was quiet and conveniently just a few steps away from the bus stop. We stayed in a newly renovated room, which was modern with a spectacular view of the sea. I would definitely come back and stay in Hotel Graal.

We had the most wonderful 10 days here. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Anna, Fabio and the reception team were brilliant with travel advice and arranging visits to various attractions. Gennaro and the restaurant team had the amazing talent of making you feel like you were the only people they were looking after. So friendly and full of great tips on places to visit. And the food was incredible, so huge compliments to the chef as well. Highly recommend this hotel.
