Limpieza al 100%, solo que nos entregaron 1 cuarto diferente al que se pago, y la señora que estaba en recepcion en el turno de la noche, no queria aceptar mi reserva del monto que estaba especificado en esta pagina, ya que nos queria cobrar 700 la noche, por fortuna nos acepto lo concordado

LIMPIEZA Y OLOR DE VERDAD TERRIBLE

RESULTA QUE LA HABITACION SI ES COMO EN LAS FOTOS, EL SERVICIO Y STAFF MUY LINDOS la habitación tenia basura abajo de la cama de la parte de abajo, el olor a caño del baño era realmente INSOPORTABLE, las sabanas rotas, las toallas y las cobijas

The hotel is well located, close to the downtown of this San Sebastián. Parking can be a challenge - on street parking in narrow one way streets. The room was clean, but in poor state of repair. The door has large gaps allowing outside noise in. The bathroom floor drain allows sewage odour into the room. No bathroom curtain - the bathroom floor was flooded and dangerous slippery. Low water pressures. No fridge.

El colchón y las almohadas de buena calidad y cómodas, pero no tuvieron agua caliente un día, nos quejamos y al otro día salió muy caliente. Mucho ruido en la planta baja. Personal muy amable.

muy mal

la verdad muy muy mal habían cucarachas y arañas en mi habitación, no tiene. ni cortinas de baño, reserve para 4 y me dieron 2 toallas y no me quisieron dar más, la tele esta de adorno porque no prende.... de verdad pesimooooooo espantoso horrible

Estadia Julio 2020

Excelente ubicación, a espaldas de Presidencia, Construcción tradicional del pueblo San Sebastián, sin húmedades, limpio, muy buena atención por parte del personal, sencillo, buenos colchones y ropa de cama, sugiero cambiar las almohadas a soignare, y poner doble vidrio o puertas en ventanas, cuenta con restaurante con equipales, comida típica y japonesa. Disfrutamos la estadia en el Hotel y en el Pueblo, saliamos temprano a realizar nuestras caminatas y pasear por el pueblo, los arroyos y montañas, disfrutamos el café de altura y las comidas, clima fresco y tranquilidad, regresamos relajados y felices. Si me preguntan si vuelvo, la respuesta es...... por supuesto!

Servicio, ubicación y precio

Para el precio del hotel está muy bien la instalaciones! Es un hotel cómodo y económico pero no quiere decir de baja calidad sino bien por el precio que pagas! El personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto ayudarte! Único inconveniente o remodelación es cambiar la regadera el agua sale para todos lados. Pero me volvería a quedar en el hotel!
