The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great offerings at breakfast and good restaurant choices nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is what makes this place amazing. I’ve been stay here several times and I feel like I know everyone I love the buffet and the service

The hotel is quaint and well designed. Very boutique feeling. Location in Condesa is ideal for those visiting Mexico City. Close to great shops, restaurants, cafes, coffee chops, bars, and the metro. Walkability to things is very high. Staff are attentive and kind. Hotel was communicative through WhatsApp. Morning breakfast option is very nice. Stayed with my wife and young son, and it was lovely.

Rooms were lovely. The neighborhood is full of wonderful cafes and coffee shops. And a very nice park across the street

Two criticisms: 1) the bed was uncomfortable; too soft and the sheets were not tucked (maybe they were too small for the mattress?) 2) It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair, other than the desk chair. As it was the only comfortable place was lying in bed. Two compliments: 1) housekeeping was very efficient and kept us well stocked in water bottles and clean towels. 2) front of house staff were very helpful (concierge, bell staff..)
