Clean room, comfortable, fantastic breakfast buffet and wonderful location!

Room in excellent condition... cleaning staff and front desk were excellent. The breakfast and coffee was a huge disappointment. Low quality choices, very little fruit and horrendous coffee.

Restaurant staff lovely front of house staff too. However noisy neighbours were a problem and when raised front of house didn’t do anything. The seaviews were stunning location lovely. Overall would recommend

Transportation to downtown limited but hotel is clean and comfortable

The hotel ot self was really good, i had a large single with balcony, i thought it was very clean and well presented, all staff was friendly and helpful if needed....... Couple of points the room came with paper cups would of prefered a proper cup especially when pouring boiling water in the paoer cups.. Its located very close to train starion but shake about the area with alot of poverty and very busy in the area, but despite the busy traffic the room was quiet at night.... If i did stay in naples again i woukd more likely return here as breakfast was amazing choice.
