おもてなしを感じるホテル
シャワーブースが広く、ブース外への水漏れ対策もしっかり出来ていて快適でした。 電磁調理器具、食器、鍋まで揃っており、今回は利用しませんでしたが、ここで生活できるなと思わせる充実ぶりでした。 夜遅くにチェックインしましたが、フロント脇で　ワイン（ハーフ・フルボトル）、スナック等も　リーズナブル価格で購入でき、助かりました。 無料の朝食も、ワッフル、その場で作ってくれるオムレツ、フルーツなど　おもてなしを感じました。

可もなく不可もなく
フロント周辺の施設（朝食会場、ビジネスセンター、会議室）が工事中でした。予告では終わっているはずだったのですが。そのため、日中の音がものすごく、朝食も簡単なものを狭いスペースで提供され、がっかりしました。スタッフの方は親切だし、部屋は十分の広さと設備があり、快適だったので、一層残念に感じました。

The property was clean and well-maintained with lots of parking and the rooms were very nice comfortable and nicely laid out and the property was secure and I had no concerns about my vehicle or my safety entering or exiting the rooms at any hour.

We had a very nice stay at Hyatt House in San Ramon. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Overall the property is in good condition and the location is very good. Breakfast options can be improved but overall very good experience.

We had a great overnight stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only problem was that makeup mirror light didn’t work. Oh well.

The room is nice, clean, and has nice amenities. Great set up for someone who wants the comforts of home while they’re traveling. The kitchen area had dishes and cookware which looked new and not over-used. The sheets were fresh and clean. Would recommend and stay again.

Tried many hotels in the area at this price point and this was the best. Solid breakfast. Heated pool, nice gym. Area is very safe.
