"Such a nice place. We have stayed in many short-term rentals and this one by far was one of the best. So clean, wonderful hosts and the attention to detail on their furnishings and what they provided was fantastic. We didn’t cook much except breakfast. The road outside is a bit busy so bring earplugs, but location and the beauty made you forget."

The location is the best as it is centrally located and even more within a few steps (literally) of several great restaurants, wine bar and the water area. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating."
