I and my husband stayed for 3 nights at Ramon’s and we loved it! The hotel is beautiful. It’s close to the airport and water taxi. The staff are polite and helpful. The beach and the pier in front the hotel are amazing.

Beautiful dive resort! The whole property was kept so well all the time. Diving sites were just 5 min away and also very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful sunrise and sunset (other side 10-15 min walk) to watch. We had few issues with the room but they took care of them promptly.

The floors were very sandy in the room. The staff make fun of the guests assuming guests don't speak Spanish. Greedy from the owners to the dive manager. For instance, only one rinse tank, no tank for cameras, no cleaner in the dunk tanks, stingy with giving out lockers. Piped in music throughout the resort, deceptive (seaside rooms are not seaside with a heavily filtered view of the ocean, thin walls and floors (expect to hear your neighbors), compact area with little privacy unless the curtains are closed. Bring a water filter or get bottled water. The resort does not provide any bottled water. They claim to use filtered water throughout the resort. The water tasted very chlorinated. Given the penny-pinching practices throughout the resort, I wouldn't trust that claim. Christian literature in the rooms including towel rack with Christian fish as rod brackets. The dive boats were clean, the dive master was very safety conscious in the water and food on an all-day dive outing was good. Boat crew herded divers into the water for quick 40 minute dives.

The grounds were kept extremely well at this resort. The beach was wonderful and quiet regardless of the amount of people that were there. It never felt overcrowded. Everyone was respectful of each other. The hammocks were also a nice plus. The pool area was in the shade when you needed some time out of the sun. The staff were beyond accommodating, as well as the friendliest staff I have encountered on my travels throughout. Every single person that worked here was beyond polite. They treated us with the utmost respect throughout the stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this resort. It is quiet yet close and walkable to most of the places in town. I would highly recommend this resort if you are considering staying here.

I thought this would be a nice place to stay but it really exceeded my expectations. We arrived at the ferry terminal and I had not pre-arranged transport nor asked about it. They were waiting with 2 golf carts - one for us and one for our luggage. The guy that checked us in was AMAZING. Such a great personality. I feel terrible that I can't remember his name but he was a delight. Everyone was so nice, helpful and authentic. My kids absolutely LOVED this place. The pool was lovely with the foliage all around it. We cannot wait to return!

Amazing place to stay! The diving and fishing is what they excel at. Rick runs an amazing dock and crew with all of the activities. The staff goes above and beyond and really makes you feel like family. The rooms and resort have the island charm that is our style and we loved it. Heading to the smoothie bar each morning is something I will greatly miss and the restaurant food is delicious-always go for the specials. Would highly recommend to everyone.

It’s so relaxing there, no tv makes you spend time doing nothing, beach was good but the water up to beach wasn’t pretty. But that’s not up to them. It was the best beach around there..the grounds are also the best around the area..would stay there again!

Loved the lush vegetation everywhere. The beach area is nice with maybe 15 cushioned lounge chairs. The location is an easy walk to many bars and restaurants. If you walk the road it its busy, especially in the morning with the airport being so close.

The location of the resort was excellent. Certain parts of the facility could use some upgrading. Unfortunately, it was a little noisy because of proximity to a main road and airport, but that’s a trade off to being located downtown. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We would have preferred a pool a little larger, with more seating and exposure to the sun.

The property is very close to the airport, so it is convenient. It is close to a market as well. You can rent a golfcart right at the resort. I believe the prices are competitive. There are so many golf carts in San Pedro. it isn't an issue getting one! The rooms were nice - we were in a room with 2 queens. The rooms are close to the front desk and to the restaurant. You are also right on the beach, so that is lovey. The food at the restaurant was quite good. We stayed 5 days and ate there 3 of the 5 nights. The 2 nights we went elsewhere we wished we had just eaten back at our resort! The dock is lovely - a beautiful curved dock with a lower area for swimming and an upper covered area at the end for seating and fish watching. We also booked a tour to Ho Chan reserve to snorkel. It was only 15 minutes by boat to the reef where we did an amazing snorkel. After walking along the beach both north and south of the resort, we soon realized we were probably in the best resort in San Pedro. What we did not like was the water. The beach was nice... the beach loungers were nice - you can order drinks etc from the beach... but the swimming was poor. The water had a foul smell - almost septic smelling. It was not pleasant to be in. The bottom was silty and soft. You could go for a dip, but you felt like you needed to go back to your room and have a shower after! (but we realized the Belize beaches are not the best for swimming)

Une chambre jungle family monstrueuse, avec des fenetres donnant sur un chantier, une seule porte donnant sur une terrasse partagée avec deux autres chambres! Chambre juste bonne pour deux gzrçons français… sur 4 jours on a changé 3 fois de chambre! L’equipe de plongée est désagréable, homophobe de surcroit ! Ah j’oubliai! Bravo on nourrit les poissons dans une reserve pour impressionner les touristes! Le snorkeling ! Oui mais en payant 100 dollars pour prendre un bateau avec 10 personnes!!! Hotel fortement réservé aux americains du sud des states …. Avec le mode de vie qui les caracterise…. Tres mauvais sejour!!! JLC
