The hotel had the friendliest reception- really enthusiastic and welcoming. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The lobby has a kitchen area if you want to cook breakfast. They have a secure entry at night - you have to use your room key. Overall, a very nice, clean, simple and welcoming place.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a very tranquil feel and is tucked into a quiet street, but it is still very close and walkable to everything you need. They have an afternoon tea time with snacks which is nice when you’re hanging by the pool. The pool was a nice temperature so I think they heat it slightly (I went in March) - I had heard other travellers say the pools at their hotel were too cold to swim in. The exercise room is minimal but they have dumbbells up to 10 kgs each and a basic weight machine and a few cardio machines. The included breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Overall if I ever went back to Chiang Mai I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and staff are friendly. But the soundproofing of the room is very bad. Keep hearing other guests closing and locking their doors late at night.

Great hotel! With great attention to details. The staff is super friendly and kind. Well located, you can walk from the hotel to the old town without taking a taxi. Bedroom is lovely and wide, so is the bathroom! Breakfast is great too, a lot of choice. The pool area is nice but the water a little bit cold. We really enjoyed our stay at The Rim resort
