This stylish unit blends modern comfort with a classy design for an unforgettable stay. It has three bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom and a guest bathroom comfortably accommodating six guests. The kitchen boasts modern appliances and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
✔️ Private Residential security area. Photos of Passports or Salvadoran DUI are required to obtain access approval of guests and for prior to check-in for a smoother process.
✔️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
✔️ Max 6 guests
✔️ Strictly no pets allowed
✔️ No smoking indoors
✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings
✔️ Quiet hours: 9PM–7AM
✔️ Photo ID (Passport or DUI) required before check-in for security gate approval
✔️ Respect neighbors and common areas
✔️ Report visitors in advance (unregistered guests not allowed)
✔️ Close all windows/doors and turn off AC/lights when leaving
✔️ Dispose trash in designated area
✔️ Additional $100 cleaning fee if odors/stains left from smoking or misuse
✔️ No smoking within the property’s premises
✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
