This was an interesting stay, as I watched the traffic from my balcony. Great location, food, shopping and just walking through the area. Felt safe.

My husband and I (in our 60’s) stayed 4 nights (top level) at Hotel Bellevue and were very happy with it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room and balcony. Quiet. Good breakfast. Hotel and neighborhood felt safe. Great views from our balcony. Bed and pillow were too firm for our liking (I would bring my own pillow if I stay here again). Access via 251 steps to walking trail up the hill behind the hotel that goes into town. There is also a sidewalk most of the way from the hotel into town. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely people working at the hotel, friendly and fun. It's a small local community based in the bay, who all look out for eachother and keep it well (sometimes you need to charm them! 😄) Great location for beach access and secluded. We visited whilst the 300 festival happened and were involved with all the locals, their food, culture and music. We all had a dance. You need a moped otherwise you will be dependent on a bus, which aren't great and always busy. Otherwise long walks await. The rooms do exactly what you need, sleep. Hotel and staff was amazing
