Overlooking the mountains on the outskirts of Saltaus/Saltusio in the Passeier Valley/Val Passiria, the chalet Residenz - Chalet Riad impresses guests with its fantastic views, sunshine and a lot of privacy in a quiet area. The 90m² chalet consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, a dryer as well as satellite TV.
Your private outdoor area (120m²) includes a garden with a furnished and open terrace and a barbecue as well as an outdoor shower and a private whirlpool. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a heated pool.
