We enjoyed the location of the room with a view of the mountains and the slopes. What was so disappointing was that we were only there for 2 days/one night. When we went to check in (right at check-in time) they said the room was not ready yet and to come back in 20 minutes. Came back in 25 minutes and they state the room still isn't ready and it will be at least another hour. We asked if there was anyway to switch us to a different room because we were only staying one night and they said absolutely not that all rooms were booked. So we waited.. another hour and a half and come to find out, they end up switching us rooms anyways. Funny how no other rooms were available when we asked though. Then upon check-out, they said they need another 2.80 euro for city tax that wasn't ran with the card- mind you we already spent over 280 euro for ONE night. Sadly, there wasn't even an apology given for any of this. POOR customer service and will not be staying here again or recommending to others.

Tutto molto rilassante, la signora dell'accoglienza molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta o chiarimento. Se posso dire di un difetto sono gli ambienti tropo angusti. Noi avevamo un monolocale per tre un po troppo piccolo che bastava per due. Al di la di quello tutto è andato benissimo.

Great apartment style accommodation

Great little apartment style accommodation. Kitchen and room were small but very functional. Staff had limited hours but were extremely helpful when available. My husband got sick and had to go to the hospital, a staff member came by late at night to help get a doctor and the next day personally drove me with all the bags to the bus station. Very appreciated! My room had great wifi connection too. Location is convenient for enjoying San Martino.

appartamento piccolo ma ottimamente organizzato. pulito e tranquillo è vicinissimo al paese. ampio parcheggio per auto. difetti la piscina è distante e poco curata il chek in è dopo le 16 e non a partire dalle 15 come comunicato nella conferma della prenotazione

Bellissimo! L'unica pecca la mancanza di cortesia

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per 4 giorni/3 notti a metà luglio. Appartamenti nella norma quanto a dimensioni, molto puliti, luminosi, ben accessoriati e con una vista suggestiva sulle montagne sovrastanti San Martino. Le uniche note dolenti sono: l'orario da cui è possibile effettuare il check-in (16 p.m.) che non permette di godersi il primo giorno del soggiorno e che non è compensato da un orario di check-out un po' più lasco (entro le 10 a.m). La cosa che più mi ha lasciato basita è stata però la scortesia all'accoglienza nella struttura: i modi e il fatto che il personale d'accoglienza si sia arrogato il diritto di dare una confidenza che non era consona alla situazione ( ci è stato dato da subito del "tu").

Skiing holiday at Relais Club Residence

The Relais Club Residence in San Martino di Castrozza was inexpensive and basic quality. Mattress and pillows were pretty bad but just enough for one week stay. There was a good pizza place just downstairs and the ski bus stop was on the front door. Everything in the small village was easily in walking distance. Sport Club on the other side of the village had a nice sauna that was free of charge. The pool over there was good for kids but not much else and you had to buy a swimming cap. Overall it was an inexpensive but not all that special place to stay. Met some nice people in the sauna though and luckily the mountains are the same for everyone!

A good base for fabulous skiing

Overall the apartment was good value. We were in a two bedroom; space was adequate, but the outfitting of the apartment was minimal. There was a small two-burner stove, but no oven. There were few kitchen gadgets. Bring your own dishwashing soap, dishtowel etc. A bit of street noise at night with yelling pedestrians and snow removal vehicles, but it is in a quiet area of the town. Ask for a room facing the ski hill if possible. The requirements for checking out are a bit like living in a dorm: put out your own garbage, strip your own beds, wash all your own dishes. We skied at three different stations within a five minute drive. Beautiful area. We would go back again.
