San Martin Park

Was assigned a room at the very end of the hall next to the staff/housekeeping elevators. The door was directly next to our room and slammed so loud about a dozen times throughout the night. I didn’t sleep one second, they also have a dim light on the ceiling in addition to the jarring loud noises. Came out in the morning for 7am shuttle at 6:50 and was told it already left because it was full. Had to wait for the 7:30. Luckily we didn’t miss our flight. Hot tub is cold. Check in was smooth and breakfast was decent. Everything else made it a terrible stay. To pay that high of a price for a single night and have a slamming door keep you up is unacceptable.
