On the one hand, this property is absolutely stunning. It is right on the beach, with an interesting layout for communal outdoor space among guests. The pool, beach, and layout of the property are awesome.But there are some major problems. The entire property had a massive unbearable smell of Raid bug spray to the point we're I couldn't sleep and people felt nauseated. When asking about this, the property manager first said it was necessary to keep away spiders. When I continued pressing, the mopped the floors, which removed about 2/3 of the smell, but it was still pretty bad.The entire property also seems to be covered in a strange lubricant on the floor and railings. We did not want to walk barefoot in the property because I didn't want the lubricant on my feet. Further, the bathrooms had massive sewage smells that were coming out of the drains because they were missing p-traps.The property was also missing a number of common amenities like hand towels, door mats, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, filtered water, etc.The listing also didn't mention that the property has no hot water heat and the showers are cold. Its sad because the property is awesome, but it needs these things to be fixed to be a great property. If they were fixed, I would love to visit again.
