I loved everything on and around this property. Sitting at the heart of that shopping district, every place I wanted to visit, was just max 15 mins walking distance.

Quiet and safe off very busy street.

Spent 2 nights here for a short break. Lovely hotel.... Spa was used both days and was lovely after long days sightseeing! Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.... Room was also excellent...spacious, comfy and had all amenities needed. It was rather warm in our room but we had a balcony so just opened the door. Didn't bother us enough to mention it to staff though! Breakfast was also good, plenty of choice and freshly cooked. All in all would definitely recommend!!

Internet was great and breakfast was good. The location was perfect. Really loved the staff.

We stayed in the annex building, which is just around the corner from the main hotel. It is in an old building, which has been updated to modern standards without losing its charm. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was completely refitted and functional. There is a small elevator, if you dont want to take the stairs. The loggia is very well located, just a 2 minute walk from the Duomo. Our room was very quiet, at night we couldnt hear any outside noise. I would highly recommend staying here, and would happily stay here next time we are in Florence.
