The Space:
Cozy studio designed with a rustic style and fully equipped. Located in a 2nd floor, it has a private terrace with a great breeze and sound of the ocean's waves. The area is very centric for any type of entertainment around the Boulevard Avenue. You will have to drive 3 minutes to the main entrance of the Punta Salina Beach.

Guest Access:
Guest will have one parking space on the red zone in the front right side of the house, with access to the property through the white gate. First door (#1) up the stairs is the entrance to the Rustic Studio.

The Neighborhood:
We have been living in this property for more than 20 years and we are friends with all our neighbors! very quiet and relaxing!

Getting Around:
Recommended to drive by car or uber, area is walkable for common bars, bakery and others.

Other Things to Note:
Please allow the other studio next door to enjoy the deck area and keep yourself to your private terrace.
