This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apt. located inside the coveted complex of Playa Azul,and located in Playa 1,closest to the beach,with spectacular views was just remodeled and listed.
A great family location,boasting a sparkling pool,two basketball courts,a tennis cout and a Hand Ball court,makes for a perfect vacation.Ten minutes to the Rain Forest,15 to the Bio Bay and the Ferries to Culebra and Vieqques,Horse back riding,Zip Lining at El Verde,and the best local restaurants are all minutes away,and the most beautiful beaches right outside the gates.
Our famous Kioskos are a five minute ride or a 20 minute walk,as well as Balnerio La Monserrate with it's famed beach.Perfect vacation spot!

Awesome place, just a little noisy

Great location, nice and clean place! The travel crib was very useful! The construction right out our window was definitely noisy! We loved Luquillo beach and loved Puerto Rico!

Location to beach. Property host was excellent when Vrbo failed to work at all she called personaly called and gave me all the correct info.

Booking and check in was easy. Staff friendliness was a 3. Property had good amenities but we stayed 5 days with our 2 kids and they only alotted 2 rolls of tp which i found a bit chinsey. Property itself was nice but had some cracks that could of been filled and touched up. Lots of grounds work so a bit noisy around the premises. Overall give this a 3.5 to 4. Not the greatest neighborhood for necessarily walking around in. On the beach but water is pretty rough. Some close and good dining but reccommend driving.

It’s a beautiful place and located on the beach. The views are amazing, the beach from the front porch and the rain forest from the balcony walkway. The A/C was acting up the first night, but it worked fine after I replaced the.batteries The

Views and Waves

This was a perfect spot for our family of four (two teen children). We loved the easy beach access, the views all day from the balcony and all the nearby excursions. Playa Azul was amazing for boogie boarding, body surfing, lounging and long walks. The host provides chairs, beach towels, blankets & other gear which was very appreciated. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Very secure building and well kept facilities. Gia was very responsive and helpful with tips the few times we needed her. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect location

This is in a perfect location on front of the beach. Host is great very responsive to your questions. The apartment was very well taken care of and it is just like the pictures provided. I highly recommend picking this apt. as your stay in our beautiful island of Puerto Rico.
