The room was clean and it was easy to get to. It was a fairly basic room and bathroom with all the necessities. It is close to a beach and a large park which was nice. If you need somewhere to sleep and wash up it will do the job.

The directions were concise and easy to follow. The room is clean and well stocked with what you would normally find in a small rental with kitchenette. We just had an overnight stay so did not experience any extra amenities offered or interactions with the host.

the rooms were good, but the remotes for the tv and the air conditioners did not work well and there were not enough towels in the bathrooms. Also, the host said we could park in the gated area, but then someone else parked in front of it, blocking our access to it. Otherwise the place was clean and nice being near the park.

I loved the room and the location and had a great sleep. The room was large and nicely appointed. The space felt very secure, my room was large and had a fantastic patio and cool decor. My only feedback is about entering the property. I had difficulty with the gate and was instructed to look for angel statues to find the key but the statues were covered with bags of laundry so it took a while. It was still a 5 star experience and I will be back.

Hidden GEM in Santurce/Ocean Park! Great value, have yourself a cozy little garden villa while you walk 2 min to the beach! Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants etc walking distance also

Room was comfortable and clean. Great area walking distance to the beach which was nice. The host does offer beach chairs for an additional cost also very nice. Felt safe in the area parking was never an issue neighborhood was quiet .

San Juan Gem

Stayed in the two bedroom apartment and everything was nice. Love that it is a couple blocks to the beach. It’s also walking distance to some restaurants and bars. Also, communication with owners was great; they answered all my questions in a timely manner. Parking space is directly underneath and gated for security. Overall very pleased with our stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed in La Esmeralda last weekend and we loved it. It was very easy to check in and if we had any questions we will just have to send them a text and they will reply back fast. Will definitely recommend staying here.
