El hotel está excelente, es bastante sencillo y está localizado bien céntrico. No tengo quejas sobre limpieza ni atención, pero deben saber que Punto de Vista cerró y que en futuro planean hacer otro restaurante, incluyendo también un sitio de desayuno en el primer piso.

Do not go to this hotel

The rooms are extremely deteriorated and don’t look anything like the pictures. The service from Hiram in the reception desk was terrible, lack of empathy and the opposite of customer service.

The location is excellent, in the heart of Old San Juan. But the hotel had a mildew smell and the air conditioner banged loudly all night making it very difficult to sleep.

Great Location

Nice place to stay in Old San Juan. Good location close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The building is old but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location was very nice being close to the Carnival cruise ship pier. Restaurants and shopping are close. Place was clean and served our purpose of a place to stay before getting on the cruise. Rooms small and old. TV was tiny and hanging from ceiling so unable to get a good view of it. Bathrooms really showed their age.

It was old and needed a lot of renovations. The room had a terrible musty smell. The elevators were old and ran very slow. We had to carry our luggage down two flights of stairs. The only good thing was it was close to restaurants and bars. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

location was good otherwise hotel in a very poor shape - as soon as you enter the hotel you get that musty smell - room was very small - no window only two small plastic blocks for light - felt like a dugeon - ceiling was leaking, mold around the shower and toilet. Will never stay there again.

Cecking in was easy and the hotel lobby, while small and simple was nice enough. The room was a huge disappointment. The bathroom looks beat up and dingy. The furniture is dated and worn. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. I generally don’t like to leave negative reviews, especially over a couple of minor issues, but the condition of our room warrants a bad review. For the price paid for a room here, you should expect more. I’ve had the misfortune of staying in some bad hotels over the years and this room ranks right there with them. We will NEVER come back to this hotel

It was extremely old and in need of renovations. The rooms were extremely small with barely any windows. The carpet was gross and was not clean. Water pressure was weak for showers. Checkout was supposed to be at 12:00 but they somehow “changed” it they day we arrived to 11:00. All our transportation was lined up for 12:00. They would not let us wait in the room. We had to wait with our luggage for over an hour in their very tiny lobby. If all your looking for is a place to rest your head I guess it is ok but I would find something else and would definitely not recommend.

Great value for an overnight stay. Roof top restaurant was excellent, park was close and got a huge discount for staying at the hotel. No windows, bathroom needs an update.
