NO VUELVO MÁS A HOTEL ALKAZAR

Problemas con el ESTACIONAMIENTO. Es PAGO además en una oportunidad anterior "disminuyó el combustible del auto". En esta oportunidad recibí mal trato de una persona que estaba en recepción y tuve que estacional el auto fuera del Hotel para evitar sorpresivos daños al auto o falta de combustible

Buena en general

En general ,cómodo ,muy buena la atención de su personal ,mala su calefacción ,pasamos frío ,y para ser una suite faltaría al menos elementos como para hacer un café ,calentar agua etc

Personal muy amable.

En general estuvo bien. El desayuno bastante bàsico, poca variedad de panes y nada de pastelerìa. Faltaba una hora para terminar el horario de desayuno y no habìan tortitas ni facturas.El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones muy còmodas. Instalaciones bien mantenidas.

Lo positivo: Buena ubicación, céntrica, al alcance de importante lugares de la ciudad de Salta y personal agradable. Lo negativo: Pésima conectividad internet en habitación, lo poco que hay de wifi mas directo está en el lobby. Para mi caso que he viajado por placer y trabajo, me resultó malísima. La habitación es super sencilla, le falta mucha mas tecnología y comodidad (TV muy pequeña, wifi impresentable, sistema de cierre de puerta con llave únicamente-antigua, baja iluminación, algunas paredes con humedad, sin nevera/frigobar, entre otras cosas)

Le sacaron combustible al auto

Encontré desmejorado el Hotel. El Café estaba cerrado permanente. Dejé el auto para que lo guardaran en la cochera y al recibirlo el día siguiente le FALTABA COMBUSTIBLE ( le sacaron entre 10 a 15 litros)

El personal muy amable. El hotel esta bien ubicado pero es viejo, para una cama matrimonial juntaron dos camas individuales, los pisos sucios, y ojo el estacionamiento aunque pertenece al hotel te lo cobran aparte.
