Beautiful hotel BUT the wind Chime boutique who is affiliated with them is where i stayed at for 2 days but the night time man Jonny' is a NASTY DOG and gets MAD when you dont talk to him he will charge you a SMOKING fee cause no one is talking to him or paying him any mind. So watch out for jonny an Indian looking man at night shift who prays on woman through the camera and touches himself behind the desk.

Upon reserving stay for 1 night, I was under the impression I will be getting 2 beds in my room being as the description said “double bed”. When I got to the room not only was there only 1 full sized bed but the room was very tiny. The door to the washroom did not close at all. There was no WiFi given to me nor was there any signage posted in the room for it. The AC kept coming off and on every 2 mins and when it was on it didn’t do much. The toilet kept draining itself without me flushing it. Upon arriving to check-in, I was told to leave my bags under the stairs until my room was ready and my room was ready until almost 4 Pm.

Jose at the front desk was so professional, humble and has an amazing personality. He was very helpful, respectful and charming. The first day there was no towels in the bathroom. The sheets had three small blood stains I ask for new sheets and it was given to me. Also for $20.00 dollars they did my laundry which it was very nice of them. Theirs no coffee everyday, you have to go to the other hotel to get coffee. I had to park my car three blocks down which I knew there was no parking lot. Danny a staff member was so rude, my daughter and I just got back at night time and she ask me if she can touch the water of the pool and he followed us to the second floor and said the pool is closed. There was a couple in the pool and he was yelling at them to get out. Ana is a sweet heart and the housekeeper staff are so nice and helpful. Jose made me feel like family I wish there were more people like him. His hospitality was above and beyond. Bed was comfortable and very quiet at night. There’s no microwave or refrigerator.
