気になった点 : 清潔度
First time I book with verbo and last time. Even thought we have traveled to PR 6 times in 3 years we never used this verbo. The unit online looked beautiful but when we arrived the location was something else it was very ghetto, they made us move our cars while we were sleeping, the unit had roaches, the tiles were falling apart and the person that assisted us via online was not polite and lied to us about sending us fresh sheets and pillowcase when they were missing, And only one toilet paper in 5 nights. Very dissappointed on this stay . And of course we left her a little of everything in the unit with no problem.
