It is good if you like warm cramped spaces. Freezer frozen, can't place items in. Refrigerator too cold, freezes items. Codes sent didn't work to open door. Rooms containing cubiks has a different code unknown to us if door is closed, locking automatically. If bed above you it squeaks when they move.
Good location and easy access to Metro. Great area for walking sight seeing.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. However, there is no air conditioning, and the fans are not sufficient for a room with four people, making it very hot. The shared washrooms were also inconvenient. I would not recommend staying here.

"Great quality-price! The hotel is located in downtown Avila in a historical building. It does not have elevator. Breakfast is included, nice croissant and fresh toast with good coffee. Wifi works really well in rooms and public places."
