So - overall my stay @ CP was very good - owners/staff Vincent/Jean & fam were great - attentive & attempted to assist wi requests, inquiries, etc. The room was clean, although some minor issue with the shower & the odd time of power/internet going out - hey, it happens in PI. IT was nice to have the breakfast I chose & though their cook was out on holiday, Jean filled in quite well. V/J were interested in improving their facility upon suggesting an improvement/upgrade or 2. I did have one uncomfortable occurrence with one of their children with special needs - this was addressed but should not have hapnd. Overall these are, imho, good & honest filipinos with good standards & seemed to really want their guests to be comfortable staying @ CP.

Could not have been any better this place is amazing the family and staff that runs this place are amazing and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Clean beautiful rooms with beautiful gardens in fact it is so nice i extended my stay for 2 more days. I will 100% come back 10/10

Rooms are very tidy. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Breakfast (free) are made to order. Place is in the heart of downtown and public market is just a couple of blocks away. I highly recommend Hotel Palwa.👍

Very clean and peaceful place

I’ve been to this hotel numerous times and I never had any complaints. Breakfast is good for being free and it’s so close to a hospital and the immigration office.
