出張で利用しました。 価格は最安レベルでしたが部屋は広く快適でした。ライトレールの駅やセブンイレブンも近く便利でした。朝食はパン、シリアル、オレンジジュース、コーヒーのみですのでスープなどを持参するとよいと思います。 空港からもVAT#60に乗ってMETRO Airportまで行き歩いて10分ほどです。

部屋は十分に広いし、冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあって、便利でした。施設内には洗濯機や簡単なジムもあって、快適に過ごすことができました。Light-railの駅にも近くて便利です。朝食はコーンフレークやパン、ワッフルが食べられます。空港が近いため、飛行機の音が多少気になります。

必要なものはすべてそろっています！
シリコンバレーは本当にホテル代が高いです。 近隣のホテルに宿泊していましたが、仕事で延長しなければならず、近いところで探したのが このホテルでした。 朝ごはんは、パン、ベーグル、ワッフル、ヨーグルト、ウインナーと自分にとってはこれで 無料であれば、アメリカのホテルとしては十分でした。 また次も利用させていただきます！ 洗濯もコインランドリーがあり、長期滞在でも問題ありません！

空港に近い足回りの良いホテル。サンノゼ近辺はホテルの価格が上がっているので普通で考えらとあり得ないコストパフォーマンス。いい点は、部屋は広い。チェクインした日は、掃除が不行き届きでデスクの上がベタベタしていて気持ちが悪かった。

ドアの鍵が壊れている部屋が割り当てられました。ドアの向こうを見るレンズの穴には、ティッシュペーパーが挿入されていました。 部屋は交換してもらえましたが、その部屋もカーペットがかび臭く、部屋のメンテナンスと掃除が不十分です。 ドア越しに向かいの部屋の騒音も聞こえます。総じて設備が古い。 すべてのホテルにおいて、エクスペディアのゴールドメンバーが、上客扱いとは限りません。エクスベティア経由の客には、難ありの部屋が割り当てられていることが時々ある印象を受けます。

お湯が出ずに水でシャワーを浴びなければならなかった。これによるディスカウントもなくミネラルウォーターをボトル一本もらっただけ。２度と泊まりたくない。

部屋はそれなりです
2泊したのですが、部屋の掃除はほぼされていない状態で、使用した分のアメニティも補充なし、部屋のWIFIも繋がらず、有線LANも接続されていない状態。ホテル変更したいくらいでした。残念です。

普通のホテルでした
部屋は広くてスーツケース２つを広げても、余裕でした。 ベッドも寝心地がよかったです。 フロントスタッフも感じのいい方でした。 周辺も静かでした。 無料シャトルバスとありますが、どうやら提携してるタクシーのようでした。 チップは必要ですが、勿論無料です。 サンノゼの空港からかけたのですが、その際アメリカで繋がる携帯がないと、 自力でタクシーを頼まないといけないようなので、無料シャトルバスを利用しようと思うなら、 携帯は持っていった方がいいです。 朝食はあまり・・・でした。 でもまぁ全体的に標準かな、という感じです。

San Joseで手頃な宿
「空港無料シャトル」とあるが、実際にはホテルがシャトルを回しているわけではなく、頼むとキャブを手配してくれた（もちろん無料）。ただ、空港からは近く、無料の10番バスに乗ってライトレールの駅まで行き、そこから一駅の距離である。荷物が重くなければライトレールに乗る必要もないくらい。部屋は高級ではないが、広さは十分。大きな冷蔵庫と電子レンジもあり、すぐ近くのコンビニで買い込んだものを保存・加熱はできる。Wifiも快適だが、テレビがアナログで画質が悪いのが残念。中心地へはライトレールで１５分くらいでアクセスは良いと思う。周りのホテルが高すぎるので（ここもめちゃめちゃ安いわけではないが）比較的安くて助かった。朝食は典型的なアメリカンで、必要最小限ならこれで十分。

ビジネス利用であれば必要十分
一歩入れば清潔感もあり部屋も広く、Wi-Fiもあり、食事も必要十分で満足度は高いです。隣接するデニーズの客層が地域的にあまりよくなく、夜中も大声で話したりカーオーディオを大音量でかけているクルマが居たり、神経質な人は気になるかもしれません。個人的にはビジネス利用では十分でした。

期待通りでした！　As good as expected !
日本からの出張で5泊利用。スタッフ、部屋、朝食、コインランドリー、値段、駅までの距離など全てにおいて問題なく快適に過ごせました。 I came from Japan for business and stayed 5 nights. Hotel staff, room, breakfast, landry room, price and distance to Gish station, everything was comfortable with no problem.

The hotel was filthy and the bathroom sink was missing all of the plumbing so it couldn’t be used. The thermostat fell off the wall and when I got it to work, the fan would not blow hot air. The carpet was disgusting. The area was dirty and sketchy. This was the worst hotel stay once had in any country.

I arrived 2:00 pm, check in is 3:00 pm. I was tired and needed rest. Front desk person was slouched with vacant look. I asked if possible to check in early. She said no and there is $50 charge for checking in before 3:00 pm. Attitude was Don't care , take it or leave it. The mgr said it is up to Expedia to cancel with out penalties. I checked with Expedia chat. Online expedia called Hotel. I heard the clerk said penalties for cancellation. Lying in front of customer. Place was dirty, Parking lot, stairs and halls are dirty with trash litter. The place sucks the goodwill of the customers and staff alike. Management needs to hire people who care. Not just good at sucking up to the boss. Same front desk clerk went alive and gracious when Mgr is around. Lazy management, dirty facility, rude front desk people. This is a crappy hotel.

All around bad. Really bad.
Elevator didn’t work. Shower didn’t work properly. Whole hotel needs to be upgraded. Area is really bad. Abandoned buildings all around. Something happened in the abandoned building next door while I was there. Police and Ambulance was right outside my window. Won’t stay here again.
