2月初旬に宿泊しましたが、ホテルから鯨が見られました。 大規模なホテルなので、レストランの数も多く、混んで待つようなことはありません。でも夜は遅くまで音楽が鳴り響き、クラブに近い部屋だとなかなか寝付けないようです。もうひとつ難点は、プールサイドやビーチのベッドは予約制かつ有料なところでした。 鉄板焼きは予約制なので、レセプション隣のピアノバーで予約します。すぐに埋まってしまうようなので、早めに予約した方がいいです。

Hyatt Ziva was wonderful. Took our 7month old for the first time. Service was way better than I remember. Staff would go over the top and was helpful. Rooms were very clean. The food was also great! Pool side tacos amazing.

Excellent resort. We did not have a bad meal, drink or snack. All staff are friendly, helpful and amazing. Lobby bar had excellent service ( thank you Estella and Rosario!!). Tequila bar was a waste, not included in all-inclusive so always empty. Rooms were clean and comfortable, it was cleaned daily and early. The bar service was great as well. Looking forward to going again!!

Mini bar was not stalked well, couldn’t have full bottle of wine in room without paying for it. You had to scan a QR code on the tv for room service and I could never get it to work, no room service menus. Bars by the pools close early

It was our first time visiting Cabo and this resort did not disppointed. I visited with my husband another couple who are very dear to us. We requested to stay in thesame floor building but resort management even upgraded our rooms so we can stay next to each other. The resort is very well-maintained and the service is also great! We are all pretty pleased given that it's an all-inclusive resort and yet we received 4-5star service! Would definitely come back and recommend to people!

Stayed 5 nights for our 25th anniversary. Wonderful room, I recommend the club rooms for the ocean views and sounds, as well as the sunrise from the balcony. One night the staff decorated our room for our anniversary without me requesting this which was special. Another night I purchased the romantic dinner for two on the beach, and the food and staff were amazing. Five course meal, wine, cocktails, etc... When we got back to the room they brought chocolate covered strawberries and Champaigne. Very nice touch, well worth it! The gym was very nice as well, with dumbbells going up to 100 lbs., flat bench, and A/C. Can't beat that if you like to workout as well as cardio machines overlooking the ocean. Food was great, no complaints. Only waiting one night for a restaurant for 30 minutes because we showed up later at a popular time, so this was expected. I liked the pool with games was seperate from the infinity pool with the swim up bar. Sure there were a few kids but staff didn't let them play football or other games. The pools never felt crowded. I would recommend this place without hesitation to friends, family, and I would definitely stay again. Karla in the guest services made sure my romantic dinner was flawless, and she is extremely polite and friendly. Thank you all for a wonderful anniversary trip!

Overall this is a great resort. Our kids particularly loved the kids club and wanted to go everyday! The staff, particularly, Karla, Lisset, Corina, and Mario were fantastic. Property facilities were good , but they charged me almost double for my stay. The reason Hyatt Ziva gave is that Expedia paid for only 2 people and I have to pay for my 2 kids. My booking clearly was for 2 adults and 2 children, but they said Expedia only paid for 2. No phone support from Expedia was available. Virtual chat support was terrible. I ended up paying extra for the stay. After your booking, within the cancellation window, make sure you call Hyatt Ziva and confirm the details of booking

Thank you for your review and feedback, your reservation was done incorrectly because you include two adults and two kids under 1 year old, which in our system is free. But your kids are older than two years old which is the age where they should pay a kids rate, for that reason you had to pay the difference that were not considere on Expedia. If the reservation had been made correctly with the kids age, you should not had to pay any difference. Thank you for your undertanding. Let us know if you need further assistance!
