We were satisfied with the receptionists, who were on duty 7/24 and helped a lot (public transport, venice tax, getting back to airport etc.). "Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average"
"We liked the neighborhood itself. Very close to bus stations, train station. So, basically you come from Mestre Train station and walk ≈10min. Hotel itself clean and nice. Breakfast is good (eggs, cornflakes, bread, cheese, ham). Very recommend it. "
