I liked the friendly, efficient staff, our well-furnished and comfortable room and the generous and tasty breakfast. Its location is also very convenient for the rail station and airport bus, tourist sights and local restaurants.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room looked newly renovated. We loved the old elevator. Gave a nostalgic feel. The breakfast was great everyday. Convenient to sites in Florence

Fantastic property. Enjoyed my stay. Only thing is staff shouldn’t be eating guests food after the breakfast buffet in the presence of guests - not professional. The breakfast options could be much better
