  • The completely renovated property occupies a panoramic position within an estate of olive groves and vineyards, boasting an entrancing view of the famous towers of San Gimignano 4 km away. The characteristic architecture enables guests to experience a specifically Tuscan atmosphere. Within the estate there is a nice garden with meadows, ancient trees, terraces and comfortable outdoor areas. The swimming-pool is in a sunny panoramic position. The farmer lives in an independent house with its own outdoor area. The skilful renovation of the premises has fully preserved the typical rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and open-beamed ceilings. The furnishing is rustic and comfortable completed by several antique pieces. Internet adsl free Wi-Fi. Mosquito net. Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m). Terrace with barbecue, garden furniture. In the house: TV-sat, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher,microwave, fireplace, hair dryer, ice maker. Parking. We had a fantastic experience here! Relaxing, stress-free stay in Tuscany. The villa, the host (Alessandro), and the town are all amazing. Alessandro was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Plenty of beds for our group and every bedroom has its own bathroom (plus another off the kitchen). The pool was perfect with a great view of the hillsides, plenty of loungers, and a nearby foosball and ping-pong table that the kids enjoyed. We stayed for a week, so the Coop supermarket just a few minutes away was also great to have nearby. Highly recommend the private chef and wine tasting, which Alessandro was happy to arrange. Would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely loved this amazing villa. There were 9 of us staying there. 6 adults and 3 children with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was beautiful with stunning views. The outdoor area was great with a nice swimming pool, ping pong, and foosball a hit with the kids. Our host Alessandro was very gracious and helpful in all ways. The nearby town of San Gimignano was a gem. The villa was very clean and had everything we could want. I would not hesitate to return here for another wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved staying at Alessandro's near San Gimignano. Alessandro was very friendly and helpful, and the house was a dream. FYI you are required to pay a cleaning fee upon check-out.

Tuscan Getaway

Outstanding lodging and within 10 minutes from the San Gimignano City/Center. Side trips were enjoyable and easy to explore. The accommodations in a country villa were very comfortable and our host Alessandro Martini was great to work with.

Amazing Villa

We had a group made up up three families. The kids and adults all enjoyed the villa and the pool. The location is outstanding but also a great place to stay if you want to visit many of the other amazing tuscan towns!!!

It was - again - a wonderful stay in Lazzarone!The house is exactly as you can see on the pictures: well equipped, clean, spacious... Alessandro is a very friendly and helpful host (whenever you need help) who makes you feel right at home!Everyone in our family (8 - 67 years) enjoyed the fantastic swimming pool, the quiet place and the fantastic views on the countryside. Five girlfriends 60 and the house was absolutely perfect! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, spacious accommodations, very clean and the views were spectacular. Alessandro, our host, lives on the property and was available to us whenever we had questions about anything but was never intrusive - completely respectful of our privacy. We also used Bellini Bruno Executive Services for transportation and tours & they were THE BEST! Overall, an amazing vacation!

This property is a gem and the owner was available to communicate on WhatsApp for any questions. The house and pool were exactly as described. Infinity pool overlooking the vineyard was a highlight. All of the owner's recommendations on restaurants and activities were spot on. It was so great that one of the guests already inquired about a stay next year!

Wonderful property in a beautiful setting

We were a large family group and had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The facilities were excellent with plenty of room, and wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside from the swimming pool. Our host was very accommodating and helpful. Incredible stay in Tuscan paradise

From the moment of booking Alessandro helped make our Tuscan stay absolutely magical. He was probably the most responsive host we’ve ever had. We were 3 couples and 4 kids and the property couldn’t have been better for our group. From the indoor and outdoor seating areas to the gorgeous pool where we spent most of our days. We absolutely loved our stay. You couldn’t be disappointed with this property.

We were a group of 10 family members, 9 adults and a 7 month old. The villa had everything we needed for everyone. The pool was spectacular as the weather was very hot. The property was beautiful. Postcard Perfect Setting, Comfortable Accommodations

If you've got an image in your head of the Tuscan countryside, you will not be disappointed. The views from this property could star in a tourism campaign. The house is extremely comfortable and each room has a private, ensuite bathroom. The outdoor areas are wonderful for al fresco dinners and watching the sunset with an Aperol Spritz in hand. Our host, Alessandro, is well organized and has anticipated every need and every question -- from restaurant recommendations to wine tastings.

Even better than the photos!

The photos don’t even do this place justice, it is so stunning and much more spacious than it seems in the photos. I went with my family of five people and it was a great amount of space. The pool views are particularly beautiful. It is in a great spot if you have a car to go visit the nearby towns. San Gimignano is insanely charming. Alessandro was a great host and had excellent recommendations for us during the stay. The internet was a bit spotty so keep that in mind if you need it to work. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

The PERFECT Tuscan vacation!

We stayed in this lovely - and lovingly renovated - farmhouse for three weeks. My husband and I for the entire time, with a rotating cast of family and friends. With 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, the pool and multiple outdoor spaces, everyone had both social and private spaces. Alessandro couldn’t have been a more perfect and gracious host; very responsive and accommodating. The view from the property across vineyards to San Gimignano is stunning and the place is so peaceful, yet the town is an easy 7-minute drive town. We would all highly recommend the property for a memorable family vacation!

Our Tuscany Stay

This property accommodated our group (4 couples) beautifully for 5 nights. Alex was very easy to communicate with prior to arrival and throughout our stay. Fortunately, the weather was so beautiful, we were able to use the pool every day and watch the sunset…magnificent! We made arrangements with Alex to have a meal prepared at the villa which was well worth it! The ladies were awesome and did a great job. Our Italian Dreams trip included 16 days in Italy. The Villa offered us a chance to unwind and relax together during our time there.

Great view of San Gimi

Property is a traditional styled large Tuscan house with 21st century kitchen appliances, media and air-con. Garden is well kept and there is plenty of outdoor seating, table football and table tennis, Weber barbq. All very clean and tidy. Alessandro the host is seen at the beginning and end but also available to answer any questions - perfect host. Each bedroom is en suite with bathroom. Swimming pool is a delight, infinity overlooking vineyards. Perfect for a family/group holiday in Tuscany .

Our visit to Tuscany was beyond our expectations! Thanks to Alessandro our host! The Villa was so perfect for the family, they came in groups of 12, then 9 , and had a great time with us at the property! Pool was a big hit! Wanted to praise the Aunties who came twice to prepare magnificent meals for us, it was amazing, and truly the best Tuscan homemade specialties! The tiramisu was the absolute BEST! Peaceful, stunning views, and super clean

This villa is spacious has all the facilities you need and plenty of different corners for you to spread out into to enjoy the sun, the views and the peace. The views from the property, the pool in particular, are stunning. Alessandro keeps this place spotless, including the pool. His attention to you as a guest is faultless, being on hand to answer any queries and meet reasonable needs. He shopped for a few essential items for us so they were there when we arrived late. He was flexible and understanding when our flight was delayed. It's a lovely, peaceful spot within easy reach of San Gimignano. I highly recommend it!

Most fantastic location and place!

This was the most remarkable place with a short 10 minute drive to San GiMignano. The accommodations were outstanding. So clean and had everything we needed. The views of SanG and the towers was so unreal. The grounds were surrounded by wine and olive vineyards that were picturesque beyond words. There was a wine tasting vineyard within a 5 minute walk. We also had Allesandro book a professional chef come in to cook a 5 course dinner. Absolutely the best. We originally wanted to stay within the wals of SanG but were so thrilled to find this place. Best decision ever. Our suggestion is to just book it you will not be disappointed. Thanks Allesandro you are the best

La Dolce Vita

This was our second villa rental in the San Gimignano area, our first at Alessandro's villa and it was amazing! Alessandro was very responsive and helpful from the moment we booked the year prior, until the day we checked out. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of room. The villa has every amenity you might need during your stay. At check in Alessandro provided us with helpful information about the surrounding area. The villa is in a beautiful setting surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, the outdoor space is very nice and the location of the pool on the property has the most spectacular view of the Tuscan countryside. The pool and air-conditioning was a must for us as it was very hot during our end of August stay. We also enjoyed two delicious meals prepared by his chefs which we highly recommend. Thank you Alessandro.
