Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano
The reservation was made 10 months in advance and still received a room that was less than desirable. The room’s furnishings were tired. The room was in a noisy part of the hotel which overlooked a warehouse and trucking operation.

We just finished our 2 week stay here at this beautiful and historic property. It has been one of our most memorable stays anywhere. The home was spotless and provided everything we needed. Residence - Palais Hörtenberg
We absolutely loved it here. The location is perfect right in the heart of the old part of the city and walkable. The train station is only a 10 min walk to the hotel. The hotel itself is so clean and the staff was awesome, helping us with every thing from laundry, to what to do and helping us navigate ...
