Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano
The reservation was made 10 months in advance and still received a room that was less than desirable. The room’s furnishings were tired. The room was in a noisy part of the hotel which overlooked a warehouse and trucking operation.

This place was ok. The highlights were the staff and the location, and Café Karin across the street. I booked this place through Expedia and it was not clear that this was resident apartments, not a hotel. The residences are charged extra for parking, for the use of the spa, use of bath robes, etc. ...
