This is a nice hotel but I ask for a Bay view window and this room had slight side shot of the Bay. Also we brought food from a nice restaurant hoping that to warm it up the next day and they do not have a microwaves in the rooms. Also after doing a little investigating, I found out that it was the Marriott by the Bay that we stayed at for my birthday last year, of which had a full view of the Bay, and the rooms with the things that we needed. I should have did a little deeper investigating seeing that this time it is our 20th year wedding anniversary that we are celebrating, but I made a mistake and chose the Hilton instead of Marriott.

Thank you for your visit. It is disheartening to learn that you did not enjoy the view from room during your visit. Our building faces north and south and the bay is directly to our east, so all rooms with views feature the bay either to the right or left out of the window, depending on which direction you are facing.

Parking & breakfast was supposed to be included in my price but it wasn’t. The bath tubs were logged. They didn’t service it for hours or give us another room. The staff also was not friendly. I had to pay $20 for parking which was supposed to be included & also $30 per person for breakfast so we has to walk down to find a food joint & there was nothing close by. Terrible experience. Will never stay here again.

The rooms were great, but mine did not have a refrigerator. Also, upon check-in I was told about the continental breakfast which I thought was included in my stay, but after eating I was brought a bill which I think was undeserved because the buffet did not offer enough items that I can eat within my diet. If I knew that I would be charged $31, I would’ve preferred to eat elsewhere.

Book this hotel on a long layover, book the same day I arrived. The cost was spot on for same day hours before I needed the accomodations. Needless to say it worked out perfectly.

We picked this hotel because it has EV chargers in the parking structure. The room and the rate are good too. We stayed there before when trying to catch a flight the next day.

Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Flight was canceled home and needed somewhere clean and close by. Only issue was the airport shuttle was running behind by like 20 min. We almost had to get an Uber. Lots of people were complaining about this. Don’t know if it was just an issue that day or if the shuttle runs behind frequently.

Room was clean. Got there much later than expected and forgot to call but the guy at the desk was still able to get us squared away. Breakfast buffet isn't free but was quite delicious.

The A/C in the room sounded like an old Chevy engine and my wife couldn’t sleep all night. Smoke detector or something was flashing like a strobe light too. There was a long black wirery hair in the shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable though.

The wind kept us awake most of the night! Very loud and howling. Sounded like a window wasn’t sealed properly! Only got a few hours sleep but we’ll survive. We won’t be back! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! I’m sure they would’ve changed our room if we would’ve asked!
