El sitio está súper bien, cómodo, limpio, buen trato, … lo único malo por poner pegas a algo es el aparcamiento que es complicado pero por el resto es estupendo

La atención del personal fue buenísima. La chica muy simpática y atenta, dando facilidades en todo momento. En cuanto al alojamiento, da menos sensación de limpieza de la que en realidad tiene, pero claro, es un punto a tener en cuenta. Si que es cierto que había ciertas humedades, sobre todo en el baño compartido, pero vimos que estaban pintando y arreglando en la planta baja. En nuestro dormitorio, el grifo del lavabo estaba roto, y nos despertamos con un buen charco en la habitación. Afortunadamente no habíamos dejado nada en el suelo. La ubicación no es mala, aunque aparcar por la noche se hace tedioso.

Estoy muy disgustada con la atención de este alojamiento, tenía una reserva finalmente no pude ir, llamé y me dijeron q sin ningun problema me devolverían el dinero y han pasado ya dos meses y aún llamando todos los días siguen sin devolverme nada.

El alojamiento está bien situado y la atención del personal es buena. Lo peor son algunos detalles de las instalaciones que tienen puntos débiles. Puertas que les cuesta cerrar o abrir, detalles de pintura mal hechos, cosas así que deberían mejorar.

la verdad que estoy un poco molesto, por que fui a alojarme una noche para ver un concierto en san fernando con una amiga que vive en san fernando, y su padre se puso enfermo al hospital y se fue, yo entonces me tuve que ir a mi casa y ni siquiera dormi en el hostal pero no me devolvieron el dinero...

Bonito sitio y todo limpio. Personal muy amable y habitación con lo justo y necesario y hasta televisión y aire. Lo único malo la ubicación por el tema de aparcamiento pero si es andando se puede ir a cualquier sitio. Todo lo principal esta cerca.
