El Dorado Ranch Vacation Rental Condo 25-1 | 18-Hole Golf

With pretty views of the Mountains, this vacation rental with in-house WiFi is an amazing addition to our fleet of Hospitality villas and offers in San Felipe's premier resort of El Dorado Ranch.  The interior decor is a blend of modern theme plus unique features all through the entire villa. The magnificent high ceilings and impossibly perfect views of the golf course will make you wish you never have to leave your room! You will truly enjoy the custom touches throughout this villa including spacious bathrooms lined with tiles, fitted with vanity countertops, chrome fixtures and drawers.

As is the case with all of our luxury El Dorado Ranch villas, this rental features to resort amenities, including private beach, tennis courts, swimming pools, resort restaurants and much more.   You will also enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen with top-of-line appliances (including new stacked washer and dryer), stove electric range and custom designed Italian cabinets is your pleasure-seeking support for culinary artistry. The king Master Bedroom features a King size bed with extra-plush pillow top mattress for complete relaxation. The second Bedroom also features a king size bed with luxury pillows for added comfort.  

This rental comfortably sleeps 4 guests. 

This luxury villa also features custom made furniture, original artwork and tasteful decor. As always, our chefs kitchens feature all silverware, dishware, glasses, as well as every modern appliance you can think of.

Master bedroom bathroom features independent bath tub for your enjoyment. You will be very pleased with this accommodation. The balcony with outdoor seating is the place to catch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets, or enjoy outdoor dining.

 - Maximum occupancy 6 guests.
 - This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
 - If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
 - Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.  

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 

 

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are extra!

NOTE:  Unfortunately, off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.    Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
