"Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage von Nettuno. Kurze Wege sowohl zum Strand als auch zur Stadt, zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zu Lebensmittelgeschäften und Restaurants.Die Ferienunterkunft ist sehr modern/neu und hat alles was man braucht. Der Geräuschpegel der angrenzenden Straße ist teilweise etwas höher, was für leichtere Schläfer eventuell störend sein könnte. Die sehr herzlichen Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl...

"Abseits vom Trubel ein kleines Paradies, Schirmpinien und Korkeichen im Garten, familiär und nicht zu perfekt. Wir haben es genossen."

"Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

"Very nice villa in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Villa was very beautyful, well equipped and clean. We really enjoyed the terrace area and the pool. Host was very friendly and everything went really smooth. We can warmly recommend!"

"This is a beautiful property with a lovely patio. We loved eating out under the canopy! It is 2 miles from the town, but a short walk to the beach through the neighborhood across the road. There is an excellent Gelateria a short walk down the road, small grocery stores, a fruit stand, and little restaurants. The property itself is nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! "

"We would rate this 4.8. It was a wonderful location. The beach is gorgeous, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly, and extremely accommodating. We did get a Sea view, but really because it was in the high 90s we had to keep our shutters closed because of the heat. The air conditioning worked OK but with the high temperatures, it was just a lot for it to handle. You could go out on the balcony to enjoy the sea view if you wanted to. We would definitely come back! "
