"Bad experience "

"The staff was amazing and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, however there is no restroom anywhere close, you have to either walk to your room or the main hotel lobby. Location was great for visiting Disneyland, we walked over two days in a row with our girls (5 and 7). "

"The room was great! Clean and the staff was super nice. Laundry on site although we didn’t use it. The pool area was spacious and clean, and the lobby was gorgeous. Super close to Knott’s Berry Farm, around a 5 minute walk, and they have a shuttle to Disneyland but we didn’t use it this trip. I do think I technically got a smaller room than I had booked but it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t complain to the hotel at all so no negatives there. Just be aware that the 397 sqft room type may lead to you being put into a 300 sqft room type. Again, it didn’t bother me and my party too much (there was only three of us) but if you were planning on needing the extra space you may not get it. Overall a great stay and i’m planning another trip to go back :) "

"Clean staff "

"Our rooms AC was vibrating the whole night and did not let us sleep. Along with our noisy neighbors next us at night and in the morning. The guy who checked us in was a little rude although he was dealing with a rude customer before us, but still he didnt have to give us attitude. After telling the front desk in the morning of the AC. The lady seemed bery unapologetic and said okay. "
