The Cottage was recently remodeled with designer finishes, a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, A.C and washer and dryer.
You will feel right at home at this cozy and stylish space that's only 5 minutes away from the University of San Diego, Old Town and fashion Valley Mall. You will also be super close to Little Italy, downtown, Mission Beach, Sea World, Balboa Park and The San Diego Zoo, all less than 10 miles from the house.
If you love hiking there is an easement to a hiking trail just a few steps down the road.
This home has washer and dryer, A.C and a private backyard with a barbecue grill and an outdoor kitchen area with sink and room to prep meals.
Kids will also love it here as we have lots of toys, games and the biggest skate park in San Diego is within walking distance from the property. Do you like roller skating? Skate World is just a few blocks away. But don't wait! This home books fast.
