「Muy buena ubicación, precio razonable. Mucho espacio. Necesita cortinas en la ventana del baño, deben poner un poco de shampoo, tienen que revisar los plafones, se levantan en las noches, entra un olor a desagüe a la habitación. Son sugerencias para ampliar las posibilidades de la propiedad.」

The room was plenty big enough and had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only two things that I can say is you need to look for the property as condominio Urban flats. 「My 3rd stay at location. Certainly better than paying for high cost hotel. In middle of downtown San Jose. Sometimes noisy at night. Owner responsive to any requests. noghtnighynight」

「良かった点: 施設がきれい・室内の設備が説明の通り良い・静か・周辺の道路が広く車で出入りしやすい・併設のACホテルの前にいる人(たぶん案内とかしてる係りの人)がとにかく親切・小さいスーパーやスタバ、パン屋さん、美容院などちょっとしたお店が敷地内にあって便利・外だが敷地内に喫煙所あり 残念だった点: 説明欄に空港送迎ありと記載あり選んだが、今はやっていないと言われた。併設ACホテルにシャトルバスがあったので、もしかしたら利用できるかもしれないが確認していない。チェックインが遅い時間になったので、受付に人がおらず苦労した。」

「Great place to stay if you arrive late or are heading to airport early, as it’s only 5min drive. The owner can arrange transport to airport for 15$. The house was very clean and exactly as described, would defiantly stay again.」
