Beautiful View and Great Location

We enjoyed staying here. It is a cute place with an ocean view. Great location and easy to get to restaurants, etc.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. The view, on a non-foggy day, is amazing. The beach which is a short walk away had great sunsets. The host was very communicative and delivered a fitted bedsheet promptly when we told her housekeeping hadn't made the bed with one. My only complaint is that the floor was pretty dirty (not mopped). The unit could use a good amount of updating but it we enjoyed our stay here.

Very Mediocre Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we enjoyed the location, this rental was not satisfactory at all. The shower in the front bedroom did not work at all. It's as if the management company knew that the shower did not work and they had capped the pipes to stop the flow of the water. In addition, the porch railing was completely dislodged from the building, making the porch VERY unsafe. The shower curtain, on the ONE SHOWER THAT WORKED, had mold growing along the bottom of it, and the kitchen floor was filthy.
