「Excellent location, beautiful property, and affordable. Would like to come back but management communication tools must be used more effectively. Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later. 「Gorgeous property with modern design. Loved the studio apartment. Strong AC, comfy bed, clean linens, and great living space overall. The rooftop is a great amenity. There were workers there in the morning fixing stuff which was bothersome but overall (outside of that) it’s a great outdoor reprieve. Great location, walkable, easy access to the apartment. Downfalls: no luggage storage, no taxi cab service calls, and no in-person reception service at ALL. The elevator broke down at some point and...

「Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature.」
