"Was told that no rooms available when came to window at 9:00 p.m, even though I called twice to say late check in. The lady said to come back tomorrow, and I came from Florida. Responded that I couldn’t come back, because I needed a room. The hotel is close to the doctor who was treating me. The maids are very pleasant and friendly. I had to extend my stay, due to medical reasons. After being told that I had to checkout of current room, and move to another room. Was going to another hotel, until Nyla called me and said I could stay in current room. Did not have to leave room. She even brought me the paperwork to check into room for four more days, since I was going to the doctor. She took credit card to the office, and brought paper to sign. "The room is very spacious and clean. The person at the front desk Was very nice and friendly. The only thing I was disappointed about was it advertised a free shuttle from the airport but when I got to the airport and called the hotel I was told there wasn’t a shuttle. Please be aware of that."
