The hotel is in a good spot. You can walk everywhere ot takd the bus, bk problem. Plenty of food all around. It is roght in the centre. Perfect place. The room especially the bathroom needs re done, there was a lot of mould around the bathroom and the floor was not very clean. However, it was good fof only two days stay.

Despite much time and effort by multiple staff, were never able to get the television working. The swimming pool is very small and only knee deep, closer to hot tub size. The selection of tapas and drinks available in the red level lounge was quite disappointing.

A delight in all respects. Located in the charming neighborhood of La Alfalfa, the hotel is an easy walk from the Cathedral, Las Setas, ElTorre de Oro, and more. The hotel consists of two buildings and several rooms. Our room was of a decent size and very clean. There was plenty of closet space and a cleverly designed kitchen station hidden behind closet doors. Include the breakfast in your package. Served in the main building, it is a high quality "continental" consisting of fresh fruit, OJ, a basket of croissants/pastries, granola, yogurt and coffee. Most impressive about this establishment is the service. My wife and I were greeted warmly by every staff member we encountered, our breakfast preferences were recalled and every question was cheerfully addressed. This hotel was the anchor of a terrific week in Seville and we hope to revisit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely return. The staff was great, the hotel was beautiful, and the location was very convenient.

Had a mini break in Seville & this hotel made the holiday extra special. Staff were very friendly and professional. Hotel was exceptional in decor, location, ambiance. We were upgraded to a superior room on arrival and loved the luxury and superb comfort of the room. I am definitely recommending to friends and family to stay here if they visit Seville.
