Please return the courtesy of leaving the room in a clean manner which will help my cleaning staff expedite cleaning and washing of all linens and towels.
Please utilize the hamper in the closet for all used towels.
And lastly, when departing the residence please lock the door behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Location !

We had an amazing stay! The property was stunning, and we absolutely loved the decor. The host was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries. If you're looking to be near downtown, this is the perfect spot to book. Highly recommend—10/10!

The Texan Den is a very clean and cozy, small elegant cute turtle dove love nest, perfect for a quick getaway with your couple/spouse. Your eyes open with awe and delight upon entering this cozy den, the bed, sheets, pillows clean and comfortable. The location is a near mile walking distance to river walk or Alamo dome. The Texan Den host, Mr. David was/is and Outstanding host, promptly replies to requests, keeps the guests informed of any potential issues and goes above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and worry free as possible. The amenities included in our stay was an A+ , highly recommend and will be staying again at the Texan Den.
